How do I make a booking?
We have a number of ways you can make a booking; via telephone, via a booking link on the website, or any of the portals we are listed on such as Booking.com, Expedia, Trivago, Hotels.com, Agoda, & Lastminute.com

Is there Parking Available
Yes, there is free parking in a public car park just behind our apartment building or free on street parking.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are ow allowed in any of our apartments, however we do allow guide and assistance dogs.

Can I Smoke in the Apartment?
All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking, this also includes e-cigaretts. This inclues any windows or any of the public spaces within the building. Any guest found smoking will incur a fumigation charge and may also be asked to leave.

Are Cots Available for Infants
Unfortunately we cannot provide any cots for insurance purposes, however you are welcome to bring your own travel cot.

Can I host a party
Whilst we welcome partygoers, our apartments cannot be used for the purpose of hosting a party, plus Newcastle has plenty of bars & restaurents which are much more suitable and we encourage you to go out and explore.
